EN - (I #disagree with the expression #EuroCrisis.) Our euro is a #StableCurrency. Look today to the newspapers. The outside value of our currency today is $1,37. When we introduced the Euro it was 1$17. Our currency is a #HardCurrency, it is a stable currency. Therefore we should not speak about the euro crisis. The euro is stable money, with the #LowestInflationRate we ever had in #Europe. The crisis is a banking crisis, the crisis of our banking system. We are living in a moment where banking enterprises, banks, insurance companies, investment funds #speculate, and when they make #enormous #profits they #DonTPayTaxes, because they can bring their profits in #TaxHavens. (...) If we don’t help the #Ukrainians to #improve their #economic #situation, if they cannot buy #gas, if the economic crisis goes even deeper, nobody of us can exclude violent confrontations. We should be honest. We speak about the risk of military confrontation. This is more or less another word for #war. (...) #Within #Ukraine the #tensions are so strong . We’ve seen what happened in Kiev. So to avoid the country split in to parts, perhaps due to internal market confrontations we must help the government to improve the #live #conditions of #citizens.
