The higher officers send a circular and specially instructed us to book a cases against particular offences including other offences like if you Riding on Footpath we will include Reckless driving or Negligent driving and we will seize the vehilce. After paying the fine in the court only the vehicle will be released. The driving liecese will send for suspesion to the RTO Like this same proceduer continued for using mobile phone, drink and driving, Refuse to go for hire and similer offences.
