ENGLISH VERSION: the day February 4, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian President, speaking to the DUMA (Russian Parliament) made the following speech about the situations of tension that give minorities in Russia: "In Russia live Russians. Any minority, be it where it is, you want to live, work and eat in Russia, must speak Russian and must respect Russian laws. If you prefer Sharia law, so we tell them to go to the countries where this is State law. The Russia has no need of minorities. Minorities is in need of Russia, and we grant them special privileges, nor we intend to change our laws to meet their desires, no matter how loud screaming "discrimination". Is it better to learn with the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we want to survive as a nation. The Russian Customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or primitive modes of most minorities. When this Honorable legislative body to create new laws, should bear in mind firstly national interests, given that minorities are not roller coasters. Politicians in the DUMA gave Putin a thunderous standing ovation, during 5 minutes.
