Apparently the 4b borrowed over 14 years under the BLP left with annual payments of 400m is the reason why the DLP govt could only borrow 4b in 4 years mushrooming their annual payments to 800m per year, at a time when their revenues are falling. Apparently if we had not borrowed this sum, they would have borrowed even more. it would seem that the 5m to sort out GEMS is the mess that is sinking the Barbados ship. I wonder who in Barbados they will be able to snare with these fables?
