EPS Consultant is hiring for HR Talent Management/ HR Administrator (Share Service).Short-listed Candidate will be deployed to work with one of our major client. Salary Range : $2,300 to $2,800 Position 1: HR Talent Management (Share Service) Position 2: HR Administrator (Share Service) Job Description: Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Talent Acquisition (TA) Team for internal and external staffs. Preparation for Approval Documentation, Letter of Acceptance, Contract Renewal and Termination cases. Liaise with internal recruiters and external staffs through phone call, email corresponding with successfully candidate confirmation. Review, process and update all their personal particulars into the company database. Verification of personal information on existing staff on special requests Sorting and distributing incoming mail to respective HR personnel Job Requirements: • A Recognized Diploma / Degree holder either in Business Management, Human Resource Management or related discipline. • At least 1 to 2 years in relevant General HR Admin experience • Prior work experience handling more than 500 employee headcount will be a plus • Articulate in Good English with strong written skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Especially Powerpoint) • Able to start work immediately or short notice is a plus • Only Singaporeans • Open to 6 Month Conversion to Perm or Permanent Position Available Other Information: • Monday to Friday: Office Hours @ North / Central • Basic Salary + Good Benefits Apply Now!
