EQ Next and EQ Landmark announced a few months back. EQ Landmark is akin to Minecraft using the EQ Next engine. Landmark is going into Alpha by the end of February 2014. While it is supposed to be a free to play venture Sony is now selling early access to Alpha and Beta. Price points $20 up to $100 for the most inclusive. Sony wants you to pay them money to test their game for them. Seems legit.
