ERG Operating Company is planning to install a crude oil pipeline alongside Foxen Canyon Road. A permit application has been submitted and a draft EIR is out for review. The Santa Barbara County Planning and Development Department is holding a public hearing on the draft EIR on September 18 at 6:00 p.m. at 511 Lakeside Parkway in the Board of Supervisors’ Conference Room. ERG representatives are planning to be going door to door in Sisquoc and Garey over the next week to summarize the project and to answer any questions you might have.
