Vanlalrema * indicates unit that is not yet affiliated to Aizawl-Inter Collegiate Evangelical Union Guidelines to the teams 1. All visits are to be made before the end of October, 2014. 2. The leaders will be responsible for arranging the schedules for their assigned units by consulting the concerned EU leadership. 3. Mizo or English, whichever the EU students in the unit as a whole are more comfortable with, should be used during the program. 4. In order to maintain uniformity in the content of the message to be conveyed to these units, a paper prepared by Mr. Vanlalpara, Asst. Secy. MEGF should be presented. Besides, according to convenience sharing can also be added. 5. Question and answer session is also encouraged. The visiting teams are requested to revise thoroughly Witness for Me and UESI traditions and practices for answers. 6. Leaders visiting EU units within the city are encouraged to invite other MEGF members and EUs to join them. However, the assigned leaders must take primary responsibility to handle all the program items. 7. All expenses (supported by valid vouchers/receipts) for outstation visits will be paid for by the MEGF. 8. The leaders are requested to submit a detailed written report of their visits to the Secretary, MEGF before the end of October, 2014.
