EUUUUGH!!!! I couldnt be bothered to train this evening!! How often have you heard yourself say that? I find its easy to ditch evening workouts when Im exhausted from work. From personal experience and working with clients, morning workouts can be a great way to build exercise into your daily routine. Many of my clients have had great success training in the morning. Some of the benefits may be behavioral or psychological. Training first thing in the morning starts your day off on the right foot and makes you feel good all day long. It often has helped healthy eating adherence for the rest of the day because of the hard work already put in earlier in the day. If you find yourself missing more training sessions then you would like, consider introducing early morning workouts. When you train at the beginning of the day, your workout is out of the way!
