EVENT: Creative Writing REGISTRATION STARTS AT 09 A.M. near the Flag Post on 22 March, 2014. EVENT TIMING: 01 P.M. on 22 March, 2014. Rules: 1. Theme will be given to the participants on the spot. 2. The participants can build a story, a poem or an essay on the given theme. 3. The write up should be the participants original, unpublished creation. 4. Plagiarised or published write ups will not be entertained and disqualified if so found. 5. Word Limit: 1500 words 6. Time allotted: 2 hour 30 mins. 7. Registration will take place on the spot. 8.
