EVENT PROTOCOL: - Cassadee Pope performance and autograph signing to take place on Saturday February 15th, 2014 at 12:00pm at Southcentre Mall, Centre Court. - Wristbands for the Cassadee Pope acoustic performance and autograph signing will begin to be to be distributed on Tuesday, January 28th, 2014 at the HMV Southcentre Mall, location ONLY beginning at 9:30am - All those requesting a wristband must purchase Cassadee Pope’s debut album “Frame by Frame” at the HMV Southcentre Mall location only - A total of 200 wristbands will be distributed for the autograph signing - Wristbands are not guaranteed and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. - 1 wristband per album purchase - HMV is not responsible for any lost or stolen wristbands - Wristbands are NOT numbered and therefore the line-up for the autograph signing is based on a first come, first served basis. - Line up for the event will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday February 15th, 2014 at Southcentre Mall Centre Court. - Only customers with legitimate wristbands will be permitted to line up in the line queue. - Event security will be present at 10:00am to ensure that the line remains organized. - At the discretion of the event Security, any individual who is deemed as violent, abusive, or in any way disruptive to the event, to other individuals attending the event, or to hmv personnel, will be asked to leave the event immediately and will not receive their autograph. No exceptions. - We ask that no person holds spots in the line-up for others. - Only individuals with a Cassadee Pope official hmv wristband will be allowed in the line-up prior to the autograph signing - Wristband holders will receive an autograph from Cassadee Pope - Photos of Cassadee Pope can be taken, but not posing with them due to time restrictions - One item allowed per person to be autographed. - Event is subject to cancellation or change without notice. - Autographs are not guaranteed due to time restrictions. - HMV reserves the right to limit quantities and cease offer at any time.
