It starts with Me! John 1: 45 Philip found Nathanael and told him, We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. 46 Nazareth! Can anything good come from there? Nathanael asked. Come and see, said Philip. This is a very interesting story because it show us that Jesus comes from a place where none good ever came out of, we can conclude by saying He was the 1st good thing to come out of Nazareth. We all come from different backgrounds and some of us fail to prosper in life because we think like the places we came from. We think that if no one is our family or community has ever succeeded in life we too dont stand a chance to succeed. We think like failures, live like failure and eventually die failures. We think prosperity and good life is for some people, but our Lord Jesus born in a manger, coming from a community of failures proved to us that we are not where we come from but what God says we are. Like an athlete live you life trying to cross the line of victory. You are not your parents nor the people in your community, when God was creating you He wasnt creating a failure. He said Im creating you in my image and likeness, predestined you for great things in Christ Jesus. Im creating in you a new thing that even thou you come from a lowly Nazareth, youll be the 1st person from Nazareth to be known for Great things. When Christ was prosperous in His life, He didnt do it for Himself alone but for everyone in Nazareth. See when come out of poor background and work your way up, you inspire people from the same background to pull up their socks and think out of the Box. Dont let your background shallow up your future, live a life of victory and inspire other. Thats why we give testimonies in the church, telling people what God has done for us, its not that we want to brag but we want you to Hold on and say the same God that got Him out of His messes will get me out of mine too. God lives in you and Hes no failure so refuse to think or live like a failure. God has freely given you all that you need to succeed, now its up to you to work it out. Prosperity is in the Will of God for your Life. Like Jesus let prosperity starts with you, be the 1st to person to be prosperous in your family and community. Dont kill people for it but Believe God for it because the blessings of the Lord adds no sorrow. Be blessed :)
