EVENTS: MARCH Firstly we have our annual tea party, which is being held on the 21st of March at 11:00am-2:00pm. This will be in the campus hub building, in the Green Room. On the day there will be plenty of signs, so don’t worry! We are raising money for Make a Wish (as it will still be March), which we are collecting gold coin donations for. We are also incorporating ‘Tea for Toys’, which is a charity that asks for new or second-hand children’s toys they can give to underprivileged children. We will have a table set up for any donations for Tea for Toys. APRIL April will be our adventure to the Easter show, with cheap tickets (about $15 pp) for all members. Come along to the tea party to hear more about that! INVOLVEMENT: If you would like to get more involved, please let us know so that we can ask you to bake for our events. We are more than happy to reimburse you the money you spend making the cupcakes (up to $20), as it is all for a great cause!! IMPORTANT: We are also desperately looking for a treasurer and a secretary for 2014. These people will need to have some free time they can lend to the Sweets by Sweets committee, looking after admin and finances. Again, come along to the tea party to find out more!
