EWA would like to wish everyone and their horses a safe trip home whether by plane, truck or car and float, after a great week of competition at the Australian Interschool Championships. Thank you riders - you were amazing and the spirit was just fantastic - to hear young ones congratulate each other was heart warming and truly great sportsmanship! Congratulations Val and Nat and the tremendous team behind you, it was an amazing effort. Thank you Scott Buchholz , commentator extraoardinaire, assisted in compering jumping by Diane Bennit who, by the way, was deservedly named Volunteer of the Year at the Perth RAS! Congratulations committee and all those who helped in every way, you did not go unnoticed and your efforts were so appreciated. A memorable year for WA, farewell all and see you next champs in 2014!
