EXCELLENCE!!! The spirit of excellence is easy to identify. Those who posses it come early and stay late. They are dedicated. They work like GOD is watching at all times. They know there is to I in the word team. They are consistent in demeanor and in the way they treat others. They operate in integrity when everyone is around and especially when no one is looking, They remember that the vision is the boss even though they may be the supervisor. They go over and above to get the job done. They extend themselves to others to help insure the success of the goal and they do it without stepping on toes or trying to take over. They dont wait for every opportunity to point out someone elses faults to make themselves appear more efficient or more qualified to get the job done. They acknowledge and carry out their job but dont mind taking on additional responsibilities if it means success for the team. They willingly sow today with the understanding that reaping comes later and GREATER. They acknowledge that who they are and what they do is no goodness of their own but because God favored them with an ability or abilities. The excellent ones know that its Gods gift and they are just the vessel. Today I celebrate those who operate in the spirit of EXCELLENCE. You are a RARE BREED
