EXPERIENCE u cannot talk abt time wthout experience.wen u stay long enough on a single goal u actually learn a lot of thngz hands on.there z no greater teacher than experience.some of the thngs u learn wth experience are the ones i mentioned above under developnent of character.that z de reason y employers owez place emphasis on it!head knowledge z good,bt wen its combined wth experience one becomes a better person (3)the last point z a appreciation.i hv come 2 learn dat u cannot value wat u do nt appreciate.if u value somethng then u wil give it al u hv i.e.time,resouces,commitment,layalty,etc.most of the time pipo do nt value small beginnings nd they do de wrong thngz in an effort 2 get out of de position in search of greatness.i knw this z a hard one but nature wil only open up great doors after we hv proved ourselves faithful in de small thngz. let me conclude wth great chinese proverb;G JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES BEGINZ WTH ONE STEP.let us learn 2 appreciate small beginningz because that is de only way 2 de top.i am also on this great journey nd i wil meet you at de top!
