• Each garment is hand cut, made by one, or at the most two, - TopicsExpress

• Each garment is hand cut, made by one, or at the most two, people using traditional techniques and hand finished ... we believe that the construction and quality of the garment should be accountable to one person thus demonstrating an individuals skill and enthusiasm. We do not “out source” and we do not mass manufacture. • Wherever possible all garments are made from quality vintage fabrics, fabric remnants and production end rolls or re-purposed from other fabric products that have reached the end of their original life, including leather. Whilst fabrics may have been manufactured outside the UK all have been sourced from within the UK and within a sixty mile radius of base. • We use as much natural fabric: wool, cotton, linen and silk and blends of, where we can and try to keep the use of manmade fabrics to the minimum. • We use vintage threads and closures wherever possible. • In most cases each garment is unique, in that there will only ever be one. Production runs are limited to a maximum of six unless the quantity of fabric allows for more which is rare. • Pricing is in accordance with our ethos. We do not make “cheap” garments … we make quality garments as cheaply as possible. • We do not believe that there is an “average human shape” … you are unique and should be treated as such. • Where “new” products are involved in the construction of a garment we try to source them from local makers and trades people.
