Earlier this week, I was taking my normal route on my way to work - TopicsExpress

Earlier this week, I was taking my normal route on my way to work when I felt something strange but couldnt really tell what and why. I continued driving when I sensed that the car is running abnormally so I slowed down. I looked around to check the surrounding and see if theres a bay where I can stop when I heard a sound of a huge object that fell from the car. Thats when I decided to step on the brakes and pressed the hazard warning button. I immediately looked at the rear view and side mirrors if I was hit or if something hit me, but there was none. I checked if the car is standing properly and it was. The drivers from other cars were shouting something I couldnt understand while others looked at me angrily because I stopped on the middle of the busy road. Even w/ the 20 degrees temperature inside the car, I started sweating and didnt know what to do. It must be my instinct that instructed me to pull the hand brake and get out of the car. Passers by and other drivers threw weird glances while others toot their horns loudly. When there were just few cars passing by, I carefully alighted from the car (I was on the inner lane and cars were passing by left and right) and walked to the pedestrian lane across. It was there where I saw from afar that a pipe-like / tube-like part of the car fell underneath. Anyway, thanks to the Almighty Father for sparing me from harm that day. I also want to express my sincerest thanks to sir Edwin and my cousin Larry for coming to see me. Sir Edwin came immediately, contacted the car towing services and kept me company until it was brought to the shop. He didnt know me personally but he was very kind and willing to provide assistance when Bren gave him a call that I needed help. Having no idea where to bring the car, Larry contacted the shop, arranged for the fix and drove it home as I was still nervous behind the wheel. Thanks again and a blessed Sunday to everyone.
