Earlier today Zack Curtis and the rest of the Spark staff called Mike out for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Mikes been pretty vocal about raising awareness vs. raising actual dollars for a cause. Here is his statement. If youre dumping ice on yourself for nothing more than attention and to get out of donating; youre lame. But if youre doing it and still donating then my hat is off to you. Spark hereby challenges each and every one of our customers to donate a little something to ALS today whether or not you take an ice bath. You should know that after a 3 day tent sale that the ice is pretty refreshing though.
