Early morning story time while it is fresh in my mind! Last night I had a crazy very disturbing dream & Im truly hoping it is just that, a dream! Place, camping, its night, some kind of dog outing. People & dogs that I did not know all very sweet & harmless, well we all know life is not that easy & dreams never are. Dog fight one tent over & its spills over into the tent that I was in with Audrey :( no biggie dosent even wake her. Being the independent little shit that she is, she was curled up off by herself sleeping by the outside edge of the tent. Audrey are you ok nothing, still sleeping, if anything she is always cool under pressure. Morning comes she is still curled up sleeping, I go to wake her. OMG she is dead & hard as a rock, crazy right! Im screaming, holding her rocking her while covering her with kisses. I could not see or hear anything but Audrey. How in the world did this happen, did the fighting dogs kill her as she slumbered? OMG!!! I wept never ending tears they covered her little gray lifeless body. Now I learned a long time ago if dreams are just to much for you to bare to wake yourself & I was to that point, but thank goodness I didnt. For my tears just like magic soften her body bringing the beat back to her heart & air into her lungs. Making this nightmares ending the sweetest of all times. If life were so easy that loving tears could make all things right, our loves would be with us forever. But the reality of it all, is our tears usually bring us puffed up red ass eyes, swollen lips, our makeup washed down around our necks & thats about all. We can cry buckets, rivers & nothing has changed, gone is still gone, empty is still empty. The broken heart still painfully beats filled only with loss & blackness. Anyway enough of that sad depressing shit after all I cried the life back into my little spitfire! :) Dreams they can make sense, they can be little bits of your day or week all bundled into one just covered in a different coat of paint. You can be pieces of your past or something that is hiding in your future bring a message to you or they can be just plan crazy!!! Life is crazy enough we dont have to keep replaying it in our so called sleep!! Did I tell you the story when I really did bring The Awesome Audrey back to life!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
