"Earn up to $40/hr" Basically, the main tasks or goals of the telemarketer is to call the Sellers(Home Owners) to verify the information of the property if it’s listed or not, still available or sold, etc. All those question for verification will be provided or script, we provide training & a dialer to use for calling. When a seller’s information(property) qualified, then the telemarketer needs to set up an appointment in behalf of the agent/client who signed on our program. Check the availability of both parties then submit the form on the system – that’s it. QUALIFICATIONS: -Must have 1-2yrs experience as an appointment setter/CSR/Telemarketing(expert on closing sales or closing an appointment) -Real Estate experience(Sellers) is a plus but not required -Must have advance communication skills in English both written & speaking - Needed to be Neutral Accent or minimal accent -Must have VOIP to call US unlimited(optional - we will be providing a dialer) -Must have reliable internet & quite environment(at least 2mbps – requirement so that the dialer will work) -Can work US hours - flexible (Timezones: EST,CST,MST & PST) -Will have to use time doctor system while employed with us to track client task & hours(TIME TRACKER ONLINE) If interested: Please send me your resume at rola@virtualassistantstaffing.
