Pet Blessing October 5. “All praise to you, Oh Lord, for all these brother and sister creatures.” Please join us in the Fellowship Hall for a blessing of our companions. All well behaved, LEASHED dogs are welcome. Please bring cats and pocket pets in secure carriers.Please bring donations of pet food, treats, paper towels, food bowls, towels, pet beds, bleach, pet toys to the blessing. Donations will benefit Animal Aid, a local no-kill animal shelter in Boca Raton. You can go to animal-aid for more information about this wonderful organization. Lemonade, handmade catnip toys and homemade dog biscuits (made by our Knit One, Crafts Too group!) will be available for purchase during the pet blessing, with proceeds going to Animal Aid. Winners of our Pet Photo contest will be announced after the pet blessing. Be sure to vote for your favorite pet in the Rosser room or on our Facebook page! You can also help support Animal Aid by participating in the raffle. Tickets are only $5.00, or 2 for $8.00 and 3 for $10.00. Great prizes are available to win.
