Critical time periods are: 1. 00:00 - 01:00 ( 4.0 - 5.0 rich.) 2. 06:00 - 07:00 ( 5.0 - 6.0 rich.) 2. 13:30 - 14:30 ( 5.0 - 6.0 rich.) - BLUE color ( 5.0 - 5.9 rich ), MODERATE earthquakes. * For evaluation we will take these standards : A. EXCELLENT if earthquake happens in the same predicted time and Magnitude -+ 1.0 rich. B. VERY GOOD if earthquakes time is in -+1 hours,or its Mag. is in range -+2.5 Rich. C.
