Easy Broccoli Tofu! Delicious vegan yum. You need: Two heads broccoli chopped One block extra firm tofu cubed 2-3 cloves garlic Handful of chopped onion Olive oil Braggs Liquid Aminos Sauté the onion and garlic in Olive oil until brown. Throw in the broccoli and sauté till desired softness. In a separate pan, fry the tofu until it starts to brown. Combine the broccoli and tofu. Add Braggs liquid aminos to taste.
