Easy Four Step Manicure : Your hands feel all scratchy and you want to get a manicure, but it is either too late in the day to go out, or you don’t have the ready cash to pay for one, well, look no further there is an easy solution to that problem. All you need is finger nail polish remover, finger nail polish, sterilized cotton or a soft cloth, a nail file, warm water, soap and lotion. Also you will need a few hand towels. First of all you need to clean your fingers, wash them with a little bit of soap and put some nail polish remover on the sterilized cotton or soft cloth and remove the nail polish. Make sure you get off as much as possible, even on the sides. Now take the nail file and file the tips of your finger nails until they are nice and smooth and the shape you want. You can make them into a circular shape or more of a square shape. Now, take a good sized bowl (big enough to comfortably fit your hands) and pour some warm water in it and mix in a bit of soap. Don’t make it too soapy, you want just a slight bubbling. Let your hands soak for a few minutes and then take them out and wash them well. Now it’s time to apply lotion of your choice and let it soak in for a few minutes. Now, while the lotion is setting into your hands and nails it’s time to choose the nail polish color you want, if you haven’t already. Take the polish and put it on! Let it dry for about 2-5 minutes and just sit there, so not to disturb the polish. Now that the polish is dry, it’s time to choose if you want to leave it that way or put some design on it!
