Easy cheap and quick velveeta Mac and cheese with spinach What you need 1 box of (your choice) Mac and cheese I used/love velveeta 1bag frozen chopped spinach Some butter or margarine spread ( I used country crock) Some Garlic salt How to This is how to with velveeta box Boil noodles till cooked drain out all water add cheese then put aside ...on high on a pan add about two spoonfuls of butter then add however much spinach you want I love spinach so I added plenty then once thawed out a bit add some garlic salt I added maybe a sprinkle or two not much Once fully thawed out and heated add to Mac and cheese and voila lunch/dinner served. My Bella loved it!
