here is a quick easy summer time recipe.... Fruit Salsa 2 kiwis (peeled & diced) 2 Fuji Apples (peeled, cored, & diced) 8 oz raspberries (halved) 1 lb strawberries (diced) 2 tab white sugar 1 tap brown sugar 3 tab fruit preserves (any flavor) In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes. * You can change the fruit depending on what is in season. I have supplemented raspberries for peaches and just used a raspberry jam. This time, I used both raspberries and blackberries and used a peach jam. Have fun mixing it up! Cinnamon Sugar Chips for Fruit Salsa 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas Spray Butter Cinnamon sugar mixture Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tortillas into wedges (I recommend into 8ths). Coat both sides of each wedge in with spray butter and coat with cinnamon sugar mix. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately loosen from the cooking sheet and place in a bowl to cool.
