Remove any nail polish and clean your feet. google Fill your bathtub or a small basin with hot water (water should be warm enough to place your feet comfortably in it). Add a few drops of essential oil (your choice), body wash, your favourite bath salts, baking soda or anything else you like. Common ingredients include rosemary, lavender, lemon slices and honey. There are no hard or fast rules, so feel free to customise the ingredients to your tastes and needs. Place your feet in the water and soak for 10 to 15 minutes, (take this time to relax). Remove your feet from the soak and slough off any dead skin using a pumice stone, a sea-salt scrub or your favourite exfoliant. You can also scrub your feet with a homemade foot scrub. To prepare sugar scrub, mix three tablespoon brown sugar, two tablespoon finely ground oats, three tablespoon Aloe Vera, one tablespoon honey, one-and-a-half tablespoon lemon juice and half tablespoon olive oil. Essential oils like peppermint can help relieve aching feet. Lavender is calming, eucalyptus is energising, and chamomile can help cure insomnia.
