Eating Jesus With Jesus Part 1 This statement is the second - TopicsExpress

Eating Jesus With Jesus Part 1 This statement is the second most important thing to get into your spirit so the evil one touches you no more. The first is John 17 and people need to go over and over it with their name as the recipient. John 6:51-58 Except you eat My flesh and drink My Blood, you have no life in you. I know there is a lot more there but read it and digest it. All of this pertains to the works He did in the flesh for man to walk in healing and curse free by drinking in the provisions His Blood furnishes. There are eight places where Yeshua shed His Blood, but the most identifiable are these five. He sweat Blood for your mind to be renewed in the Garden. He received stripes for your physical healing. He received the crown of thorns to reconcile the earth from curses where Yahweh said the earth is cursed because you listened to Satan. He shed His Blood on Calvary so you could be born of the Blood of Yahweh in His Sperm. The other was His side pierced which is the symbol of the womb and being born from above by Holy Spirit. That is a whole other Truth teaching. The lives of Jacob and Esau provide major spiritual lessons for us today. Esau represents the mindset and lifestyle of the non-born again ones and also Christians that are flesh led ones of the world and Jacob, the elect of God that walk in Gods provisions. The Bible plainly shows that Jacobs election gave him a decided advantage over Esau in fulfilling Gods purpose on the earth. Inherently, he was no better than Esau, but his outlook on life, his perspective or view of things was decidedly different. His approach to the business of life did not happen suddenly, but it developed as God led him through life. This enabled him to make better choices than Esau because he contemplated and desired a better alternative, one that Esaus totally carnal mind could not access. People sell their birthright and inheritance by living in curses by what man teaches. Another important spiritual instruction for us derives from the choices involved in Gods way of life that takes place within common, ordinary circumstances, like eating, drinking, working and relating within a family and community. In Ephesians 1, the apostle Paul lists some of the major advantages Gods calling says He has already provided, yet even these have no value unless a person chooses to use them as God intends for man to do in the everyday events of life. Being aware of something means nothing unless it is applied. Today we live in a culture that lures people into a spiritual stupor through gimmicks that gradually desensitizes people to true spiritual and moral values. Evil becomes good and good becomes evil to them. Jesus warns that the time would come when lawlessness abounds, the love of many in the church would grow cold. [Matt.24:12] He also warns through Paul that in this time people would be so perverse as to be without even natural affection let alone the Love Yeshua/Jesus commands of His body loving one another. [2 Tim.3:3] We live in those times now. Man has allowed the carnal mind to spend itself on continuous sensation-seeking stimulation instead of Gods Truth. The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life are virtually running wild and people are making excuses for their behavior. Without a strong resistance to this almost unrelenting pressure, such stimulation will gradually produce a stupor, apathy, an unfeeling indifference toward the highest priorities of life, that is, our relationships with God and fellow man. If a person does not defend himself against Gods law of Love, he will lose his God-given love and accept trials as what God expects man to have as some sort of punishment for sinning or for some teaching aid. Kingdom living is caused by you speaking out daily all day long in your mind what God says you have from His flesh and Blood sacrifice! The Words warning is that “now” is the time of our salvation, not in heaven. We have advantages over the non-renewed man because God has favored us for choosing His Lifestyle and not because we are in any way inherently better than others. They are not based on anything we have earned through any works we may have done. Paul is saying to us Hey! Wake up! You can be replaced by other doers and not just hearers only. Dont lose your crown/Keter through carelessness and laziness. Paul writes in [Rom. 11:22] Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off. He minces no words in informing us that patient kindness and sternness are both aspects of Gods character. Despite how we might feel at any given time during a trial of any sort, He has showered us with abundant deliverance ability through the body and Blood of Jesus. We, too, though His elect, can be objects of His sternness since Jesus is a hard taskmaster as one paraphrase puts it. With this in mind, we must consider this sobering question: Will we, like Jacob, use our advantages profitably, or like the likeable to the crowd Esau, fritter them away in the world and lose our talents given by God in the first place? The experiences of Isaacs sons lead directly into a vitally important principle derived from eating: the assimilation of obtaining or eating Wisdom and Knowledge into the mind by which we grow. Everybody knows the truism, We are what we eat. Our body can work only with the food it is given. Yeshua/Jesus said to eat His body or what He went through in His body so you can walk free from the things that come and drink His Blood and walk in the provisions it brings also. Aware of it or not, junk-food carnality preaching junkies are destroying theirs and their flocks spiritual and physical health. Few are healed by taking communion as they should be if pastors preached the Truth of the Word concerning communion. They abuse their bodies by not giving themselves the materials, substances and fruits of Truth from the Word they need to function in the Kingdom. What tastes good on the tongue may not support good health because it is Satan’s counterfeit so called light. The Bible expands upon this, teaching us that feeding the mind runs parallel to this truism. The mind can work only within the quality and quantity of what we provide it in the way of Gods DNA, genetics and formal instruction from Holy Spirit alone. This includes examples of receiving the rewards of listening to God only and personal experiences digested and assimilated through thoughtful meditation of God’s Word and not agreeing with the problem you see. Yeshua/Jesus says in [Luke 12:22-23] Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. Life is more than food and the body is more than clothing. Yeshua/Jesus directs this admonishment toward everyone because, no matter how much we possess, the carnal drive to get more remains, along with insecurity about losing what we already have. They had all things in common and no one thought that what they had was their own doesn’t exist in the church today. Our focus is to be on His statement that life is more than food and clothing. It indicates that stability and serenity of mind must come from within a person, not from outward, physical provisions. To set ones heart on material possessions or to worry about the lack of them is to live in perpetual carnal insecurity. This approach to life is a sure-fire way to deprive ourselves of any major blessings of God. Job 23:12 says to esteem the Word more than your necessary food and yet most people depend on and accept a physical persons teachings to guide them and never read the Word themselves . His calling enables us to live an abundant life in peace and joy because Jesus came that we might have Gods Life and that more abundantly, not fight and struggle to survive and lose out in life. You had all that in the world! We must be weaned away from our overwhelming dependence upon physical things. In other words, we will not find balanced emotional stability unless and until our minds are fed with a nutritious spiritual diet that renews over what it sees in the physical to what God sees from His eyes inside your spirit. God truth in [2 Tim. 1:6-7] from Paul is Therefore, I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. It takes the Spirit of God to produce a truly sound mind. This verse also implies that, as long as the mind is devoid of Gods Spirit presence being in you at all times, it cannot be considered to be truly healthy. Any mind that lacks the Holy Spirit reminder of what Jesus did, will like Esaus, be limited in its outlook, unstable and focused on itself or I can’t mindset. It may be very sharp regarding material things, but it will be deficient in the ability to change things coming in life in a godly Kingdom principle manner because it cannot see things in Gods proper, righteous context. Instead, it will have a strong tendency to twist situations toward its own self-centered perspective. In [John 6:63], Jesus expands on a part of this subject: It is the Spirit that gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are Spirit, and they are Life. Man thinks death is more overpowering than Life. Gods Spirit is truly more than just words, but it knows that Gods words—the words I speak to you, as Jesus says—are Spirit first and they produce the abundant Life God intends that we live. This quality of life is not achieved through physical things. Material things are produced through the spirit realm. The feeding of the Israelites satisfied them more through God than the natural food of the same did. [Deut. 8:2-3] adds to this concept: And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and prove you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. So He fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD. This is one of the earliest references to the parallel between physical and spiritual eating. It is not directly stated but implied. God intended Israels unnecessary experiences in the wilderness, caused from their own disobedience and carnality, to instruct them that all of life, both physical and spiritual aspects, depends upon Gods providence. These verses also confirm that living in Gods abundant life is dependent upon ones spiritual, mental and emotional foundation. These elements of the mind are what determine ones outlook, goals and reactions to the myriad amount of trials of life as Jesus said in the world they will come. But He also said to be of good cheer which is walking in His Wisdom because He has already overcome the world and we are in Him and He doesn’t want to go through them or lose to Satan while in you! These verses confirm that God, despite your disobedience to hear and obey Him, directly takes measures to lead us away from them. He is instructing us to see what is causing the problem and to destroy it which is producing dual results: first, to experience them should correct you as the Word says in [Jer. 2:19] and staying in a now corrected lifestyle develop all of Gods ten Spiritual qualities in our spirit as our own characteristics; second, to prove to us and through us where we stand and how we are never to cope with anything Satan brings to distract us from the provisions of the Body and Blood of Jesus. A major problem is that the first Adamic human nature compels us to focus almost totally upon the carnal and physical. God never intended for anyone to have to go through the wilderness experiences. His spiritual aspect to our life requires our feeding on and maintaining His Spirit food just as surely as the physical. Prayer or saying what God says and study, meditation and obedience are the assimilation process in this parallel. Worship is more than adoration and reverence; it is the response of the whole person to the entirety of Gods will in all aspects of life. Jesus said why do you even hint that you love Me and call Me Lord and don’t do anything from what I provided for you? In the church, at home, on the job and in the community, our direction must always be whatever God wills. This is seen in the scripture that says the day is coming when the TRUE worshippers will do so in Spirit and Truth, not head knowledge that can’t even tie their shoes. Starvation of spirit training is less obvious on the outside than physical hunger because the spirit starves much more slowly because it resides within. Spiritual malnutrition may go unrecognized for long periods because the body and life goes right on doing as it was taught for years to do. Going to church is no where close to feeding your spirit if you aren’t able to grow in Kingdom walking free from sin! Yet just as surely as a persons body gives signs that it needs nourishment, so does the spirit and it too will eventually be recognized on the outside by its symptoms. Then you react to the symptoms in your carnally led mind and spirit starvation atmosphere and feed the symptoms to the point of hospitalization. When the body cries out for food, people feel emptiness in the stomach, weakness in the muscles, a growling noise and even sleepiness. If it goes on long enough, a faintness and headache may arise. But when the spirit is malnourished either from deprivation of teaching or a harmful diet of death food in church of “if it be thy will”, the reaction is different. Spiritual weakness appears in the same manner as sin. With sin comes anger, irritability, exasperation, depression, discouragement, melancholy, despondency, gloominess, bitterness, hatred, resentment, self-pity, hopelessness, despair, paranoia, envy, jealousy, family conflict, arguing, divorce, drunkenness or other addictions and competitiveness as self-centeredness deepens. When this happens and you claim you aren’t hearing from God, you starve yourself more and disobey God by running to your pastor who fed you the death food in the first place. The Word says if you lack anything go to God, not man! The Word says You, that’s right YOU have NO NEED to go to man for spiritual advise but to go to Holy Spirit who will speak of the Truth of Jesus and feed you His Body and Blood food. A diet of spiritual nourishment is far more important than the physical nourishment itself. If you have the right source of food or eat of Jesus, the spiritual nourishment will produce the loaves and fishes multiplication and feed you. Otherwise, the situation from your ritualistic ceremonies of flesh led worship, song services and dancing around the building time is useless and hopeless. Your source of nourishment must be God Himself. When tempted by Satan, Jesus quotes this verse in [Matt. 4:4]. Jesus denied Himself bread, instead trusting God in submission to Him and retained His righteousness and lived. Something similar to this appears again in [John 4:31-34] His disciples urged Him, saying, Rabbi, eat. But He said to them, I have food to eat of which you do not know. Therefore the disciples said to one another, Has anyone brought Him anything to eat? Jesus said to them, My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work. The disciples living totally in carnality expect Jesus to be both physically tired and hungry because they are. John notes in verse 6 that he was indeed wearied from the journey. But when they urge Him to eat, He is no longer weary. In the meantime, doing the work of God and seeking His Kingdom had become His food; it drew Him, filled Him, energized and strengthened Him. It is exhilarating to know Gods will and to know that we are doing it! Prophet Joe
