Eating quality food in the right amounts for your body type is THE most important part of getting results. Sometimes it can be confusing with what sort of foods you should be eating. Here are some simple rules to follow: - Eat whole natural foods (This means naturally grown foods, unprocessed) - When going for fat loss PORTION control carbohyrate sources. (This does not mean cut them out completely) - Eat a fibre source at each meal (Fibirous vegetables cover this for most people) - When trying to grow, include protein at each meal. (This does not mean use your protein powder at every meal) - Use correct nutrient timing (This refers to digestion rates of the foods you are eating) - Include naturally occuring fats into your diet (this not only means naturally grown fats but other already included fats in foods like Salmon, Nuts, Red meat etc..)
