Ebola kills President Ernest Koromas 3rd term ambitions. He took his eye off the ball. The President in his typical arrogance and incompetence, ignored repeated warnings about the emergence of Ebola in West Africa. Why? Simple: Rigging the constitution to create a permanent APC monopoly of power was more important than keeping the people of Sierra Leone safe from harm. The President has been busy indeed. Whilst folks endure poor healthcare, invisible electricity and dirty water or the lack of it, he parades around in his air conditioned expensive jeeps. We have incompetence all around the President; A failed Ebola containment strategy. And yet, sycophantic supporters of the President accused of being unpatriotic for daring to ask why our loved ones are DYING. The only people playing politics with the lives of Sierra Leoneans is the incompetent Government with their misplaced priorities and propaganda. We need a Government that works! We demand a Government that understands the sacred duty of Government; Keeping all citizens safe from harm. But what could we possibly expect from a Government that believes that bamboozling us with a few new roads and shiny buildings, could make up for its pitiful (abject) failure to provide electricity, water and affordable healthcare? We need a leader that will never forget the peoples priorities. We need a leader who does not rely on cheap propaganda and spin to dress up his miserable failure of leadership. We need a leader confident enough not to need to subvert ( rig ) our constitution to hang on to power. Julius Maada Bio will never forget the sacred duty of a national leader; he will keep us safe and protect the constitution.
