Ecclesiastes 3-4:1 A Time for Everything There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. There are reasons, both explained and unexplained, for all of the things that happen every day, in everyones lives. And God has never said that we would like, love, hate or avoid any of them. These are his daily tests of our character, our devotion, our trust in him and our love for what he has given us. Ill bet that if you sit and think, you can remember every one of these times that has happened throughout your lifetime. You can think about how you handled each one. Did you make the right choice, the right decision, the way He would want you too? Why? Why not? We all have our individual explanations for how we reacted to all these different times and happenings throughout our lives, but no matter how you mask it, no matter how you cover up your feelings about it, now matter how much you convince yourself that the way you reacted was justified, He knows the truth. And, regardless of that, He still loves you unconditionally. Now thats just awesome!! God, thank you for all the blessings you have bestowed on me. I am truly grateful for each and every one of them, even the ones that hurt the most. Youve given me my own personal Saving Angel to watch over me and point out when Im not at my best. And all I can say to that is........Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
