Echos of the past bring a young man to his knees as being accepted by the prominent lord called The Government , excited and feeling honored as he awaits his stance to become a soldier.Gracefully and afraid he approaches his calling to a head shaven mullet left to wander the parade square and be mocked for his looks. Beginning of this young lads life among his peers when he does his duty that is called upon him. Rains pouring hearts thumping 50 young lads about to embark on a feat they never thought possible. weeks and weeks of demeaning and degrading and pure torture they endure and a few select make it through what is called basic training. Thrown into their fatigues and cast to the next world without even as much as a good luck soldier. They truck on walk on and fly on , leaving all behind and wear their uniform proud . I am a Soldier . Years pass and they are left to do their duties and new recruits enter the same realization to the world , these are called service men and woman. They endure the training of the past with a few upgrades and move to witness the life that open the doors to the crying and aide the hurt Downsize your paychecks and not our men and woman that so deserve to be recognized for the truth they endure and the life they lead. Just me saying!
