Ed Hrivnak 96 is in France commemorating D-Day, the 70th anniversary. He just sent these comments: Jennifer and I signed up for the Veterans Parade at Sainte-Mere-Eglise on June 6th. Our whole family was lucky enough to ride in a WW II jeep in the parade along with veterans from every war dating back to D-Day. It was an extremely moving experience. Thousands of European re enactors and hundreds of military vehicles were spread throughout the Normandy coast. Here are some of his pics.
