Eddie (name changed) is a sweet, beautiful baby, aged one and three months, and is the son of asylum seekers from Eritrea. He has been in our Emergency Foster Home for the last three months. Eddie came into our care with fractures in both legs, with plaster to the waist. When he arrived, he was very sad. He cried a lot and did not know how to interact with the toys or people around him. Today, there has been a huge, positive change - he plays, smiles, laughs and makes noises! Sadly, we have very few families that are willing to foster children like Eddie. The family who fosters Eddie will welcome an adorable toddler with a huge amount of love. We want desperately to find him the warm and loving family he deserves.
