Education UK fair 26 October 2013, Almaty Rixos Hotel, 506/99 Seifullin Ave., 27 October 2013, Astana Radisson Blu Hotel, 4 Saryarka Ave. The British Council in partnership with Center for International Programs is organising the second Education UK fair in Almaty and Astana on 26 and 27 October 2013. This is the biggest exhibition devoted to UK education in Kazakhstan in 2013, and will be attended by more than 40 leading UK educational institutions. Exhibition opening hours: Saturday 26 October 2013, Almaty: 1200 to 1800 Sunday 27 October 2013, Astana: 1400 to 1900 More than 46 of the top UK universities, colleges and schools will take part in the exhibition and will present information about their available programmes, including university foundation courses, undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses, school and further education programmes, as well as English language courses for all types of learners. You will have the unique chance to talk face-to-face to representatives of the universities, schools and colleges present, and to choose the programmes that best suit your needs. You will also have the chance to participate in specialised workshops on different study areas including social studies, business and management, engineering and natural sciences, and English language training including summer school and university entrance programmes. Alumni of some of the leading UK universities will the presentations on their experience on studying in the UK, and the British Council will run sessions on IELTS examinations. The exhibition will be of interest to school and university students and their families, as well as to professionals who are planning to continue their professional development abroad. To attend the exhibition you can simply turn up on the day. All visitors will be able to enter a prize-draw and will have the chance to win a range of exciting prizes including a free IELTS examination, free English language books from Macmillan Education and many other great presents donated by our partners.
