Wanted to tell you all - amazing to see you working hard at this and joining us on this challenge. There was never a better excuse to gather up in a community than... Movement. I want to ask you to post your daily pictures under the same original first day picture thread you started or WILL start (get going!!!) - in the comment section. Every day post a picture of your squat towards the end of the 30 daily min. It will make you work hard and finish up your 30 min task, will enable us and you to see progress and for those who will present 30 photos, posted on consecutive days and showing progress and hard work - perhaps a special treat from us. You can also make a great montage in the end of 30 photos of an evolving squat!
