Education is the crucial key for development in every society, and it doesnt matter where you get your education. What matters is the cultural orientation or perspective to which you apply the education that you have acquired. For instance, if you apply your own cultural orientation to the western education that you acquire, you end up being imaginative and innovative, creating everything in your own culture. This creates a boom in the economy and speeds up development. But if you rather apply the influence of foreign culture to the education that you have acquired, the reverse happens.
