Effective immediately, and until further notice, the Veteran Employment Services Office (VESO) is suspending career coaching services through the VA for Vets program. However, VESO staff will continue to provide deployment and reintegration coaching services. VESO continues to provide Veterans with access to the high-tech career support tools and resources on the VA for Vets website at vaforvets.va.gov. You are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the career support tools available on the website to: · Translate military skills, build new resumes and search for open federal positions in the on-line VA for Vets Career Center, · Explore available Veteran benefits in the Military Transition Center, and · Access resources to prepare for military deployment and reintegration Should you need technical support assistance with the VA for Vets website or access to deployment and reintegration coaching services, please contact the Help Desk at 1-855-824-8387. Help Desk hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 8pm. Until further notice, please call the Help Desk number to request support. Please do not use the “Contact Us” feature on the VA for Vets website to request Help Desk support. We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition. Thank you for your service.
