Egypt needs young leaders not pension president in the presidential place NOW. There is a need to introduce young leaders in to the Egyptian Politics. But at the same time, young leaders can not be given all the responsibilities at once. Young leaders have to work under the older and experienced people and learn from their successes and mistakes. The youngsters have to mould themselves and learn the art of governance with transparency and accountability. Only then, the youth can succeed in bringing in good governance with responsibility and respectability. This is a process which has to be followed through and only then, a New Egypt can be built with the youth power. Hence, let us not hurry things - but let the change start slowly but steadily... In USA young leader, in Great Britain young leaders... The world leader getting younger and younger. We are all Egyptian do not want Egyptian leaders over 6o years old. NEEDED now, if we are all Egyptian do not make change now so when we are going to make changes? After more than 30 very bad years Egypt should give more positions in Politics it is not called HURRY in fact it is a time for the change. They are responsible in Private Sector look So many news young well educated in Egypt. How long it will take to give young leaders Political leaders in Egypt. No party in Egypt trying to bring educated young men.
