Eight random facts about me: 1) I find it very difficult to slog rough fiction, much preferring non-fiction. 2) I am now reading “Last of the Mohicans” but only because I just read a short bio of James Fenimore Cooper and this was his most popular work at the time it was written. It isn’t any easier knowing that. 3) I have never read any of the classics, and when obligated to in school I always faked it. 4) I struck a deal with my PUBLIC high school algebra teacher. He would give me a passing grade if I promised to read the Gospel of John (non-fiction). I did and he did. 5) I failed my driving test three times before I passed it. In my defense, I thought all the traffic signs were fiction. 6) I once escorted Sophia Loren to her room. If asked to complete this random facts game, Sophia would no doubt mention she was once escorted to her room by me. 7) Flight cancelled, coupled with a four hour layover, I drove from Orlando to Atlanta convinced it would not take me the eight hours people told me it would. It takes eight hours, but you have to count the extra fifteen minutes it took to get pulled over – and explain my flip response to the state trooper who asked me if I knew why I was being pulled over. He let me off with a warning. 8) I have an extraordinarily high tolerance for repetition with no ill effect. 8) I have an extraordinarily high tolerance for repetition with no ill effect. 8) I have an extraordinarily high tolerance for repetition with no ill effect. 8) I have an extraordinarily high tolerance for repetition with no ill effect .
