El Gringo Imports is asking for your help in preserving our family - TopicsExpress

El Gringo Imports is asking for your help in preserving our family business. After 40 years at Pike Place, the PDA is attempting to seriously reduce our seniority. David Schaible, after helping create new revenue to save the Pike Place Market, and receiving grandfather status as a venerable family business, paving the way for the day stall crafts vendors that followed, spent 15 years fighting the management at Pike Place. His three sons, who all grew up at The Market, worked in the family business, and finally, after 15 years of advocating for, finally got the family permit that would continue our legacy. In August 2013 David passed from complications with diabetes, and the family permit that we have received has not been honored... Please sign our petition to give us credit for the seniority that we have earned while working together in Pike Place. This will help preserve El Gringo Imports for the next generations and hopefully we can serve you all with hand made imported textiles for 40 more years!
