El Paso police investigators are asking for help to solve a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian earlier this month in the Lower Valley. On the evening of Dec. 5, Oscar De La O, 58, was walking across North Loop Drive near Hawkins Boulevard. A car turned east on North Loop from Hawkins, accelerated and hit De La O, who died at the scene, police said. The driver left without attempting to help the man. Read more: epti.ms/1vUapcD
