El Stupido- Each school sport in Delaware has its own Games Committee with its own body or rules which you never notice except when many of these tribal elders show up at post season tournaments. Field hockey has a rule that you can only dress 2 times the number of starting positions-22 if youre keeping score at home- which means a school like Cape with 27 varsity players- must ice five athletes for the tournament- which just aint never good-and theres a limit on the total number of people who can be on your sidelines. But I dont see a limit on the number of Games Committee People knocking about, some even perch in lawn chairs to police photographers and writers and other annoying get in the way types of professionals
