Electronic Channels Manager-Saudi National Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Description: Job Purpose Statement: General •Perform a range of specialized tasks related to developing and managing the e-channels of the company, which include Online, IVR and ATM channels, across all company business lines. •Job duties may include managing, assessing, coordinating, controlling, reporting and data collection on a wide range of issues related to e-channels. Specific: •To manage the development of electronic channels, products and services of the Bank. Principal Accountabilities: •Sponsor the development and deployment of new electronic channels products for the company. •Work closely with IT and other concerned business departments to develop, enhance and maintain efficiently functioning e-channels. •Acquire necessary knowledge and information to present/propose creative ideas to support the competitive edge of the Company’s electronic channels. •Monitor electronic channels functionality and developments. •Oversee the development and operation of all e-channels related systems. •Assume administrative responsibility over the department’s staff and ensure their compliance with policies, procedures and authority. •Ensure there is sufficient and competent workforces to achieve the short and long term plans for e-channels. •Manage training needs and career development for unit staff. Desired Profile: •Bachelor degree in Business •At least 6 years’ experience in related field •Proven managerial experience •Superior verbal and written communication skills •Excellent interpersonal skills with strong, vibrant and dynamic personality •Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
