Elias puni!!!! Laguna Seca: Decision of the Race Direction On Friday 11 July during the Free Practice 3 session, rider #Toni Elias did not obey Marshals indications after his fall in turn 8. This is considered to be irresponsible riding, and is therefore an infringement of Article 1.21.2 of the FIM Superbike & Supersport World Championships & FIM Superstock Cup Regulations. A Race Direction hearing was held at the Laguna Seca Circuit on 11 July and the decision of the Race Direction is to impose Two Penalty Points on the record of Toni Elias for the 2014 season.
