Ellesse Who Was Born In Garankuwa Zone 1 Outskirts Of Pretoria,Currently Residing At The North West Brits,Started Out As A Ch eoregrapher In For A Band Back In The Mid 90s,Influenced By His Uncles Who Taught Him Music Since They Were Disc jokeys & Owned A Record Bar That Time,Aswell As A Pub Owned By one Of His Uncles Of Him.That Led Dj Ellesse To Focus More On His Dream Of Making Music.Due To Financila Constraints He Failed To Enroll For Sound Engineering Course,But That Never Discouraged Him.He Then Took Upon himself To Start Deejaying But With Cds,Cassettes (Mixtapes) And Asking For A Turntable,Old LPs To Mix Adding To The Cd Player He Was Using That Time.One Day He Was Given An Opportunity By A Friend At His Afterparty Of The Freshers Ball Held At School In The Late 90s,That Was His Shinning Moment.The Likes Of Dj Nasty Nev,Tzee,Moepi,Dizzy Moff Which Was His Friends & Mentors Encouraged To Further His Passion To Deejay,They Also invited Him When They Were Booked else Where,For Him To See The Atmosphere Of Being A DEejay.The Year 2000 He Started As Resident Dj In A club Where He Met And Played With Big Djs,Who Are on The Forefront Of The Deejaying Scene To Date,It Automatically Gave Him A Experiance Aswell As Knowledge Of The Industry,2002 He Bought His Own Sound Equipment Which Helped Him To Be In Business,By Hiriong Out His Equipment,That Made His Career Take The Next Step And He Registered A Record Company Called LM Records,With That Said He Enrolled For Short Courses In Deejaying,Radio Broadcasting,Marketing And Business Management.That Helped Because It sustained Him thus Far As Hi managed Himself As A Professional Deejay And Businessman. He Mentored The Local Acts Like Dj Kinetic,Bricksboy to mention but few,He Also Owns A Clothing Label Called Adichee Aswell As Projects Called Deep Sessions Movements,North West Deejaying Challenge,Dj Agency SA.Radio Mobile Movement Which Aims To Create Wealth Amongs Young Deejays,Encourage Them To Succeed,Motivated,To Be Competative In This Hard Core Industry.He Markets Also Local Business Pubs Clubs.By The Year 2010 He Entered A Deejaying Competition Called Red Square,and He Won The Regional Finals,And Went Into Top 5 Nationals In The Same Year. He Released His First Album Which Did not Do Well,Two Years Later He Was Called By The Red Square Deejay Competition To Judge For Two Years. He worked With Local Producers Like Maspila From African Roots,Tvb,Mosco(Legae Laka Production),Babe Gee To Mention A Few. He Released His First Successful EP (I Dote On U)which He Worked With WitDj,The Track Scooped The Award At The Recently Held Saccras For Best Dance Song. Played At Radio Letlhabile As A Mix Dj,He Was Involved In Music Forum In North West Which He Was A Chairman Localy,Also Sitted In A Committe In The District For Over Three Years. Indeeed DJ Ellesse Was Born To Entertain.
