Eloquence from a dear friend, I was driving to pick up my daughter when I heard the radio announce the death of Robin Williams. As they said it was possible suicide the pain became more intense. I watched him from Happy Days, Mork and Mindy to every movie and possible show he was on stand up or guesting. I relived a few of his characters in my mind...Mrs. Doubtfire, Dead Poets Society, What Dreams May Come and Bicentennial man just to name a few...every persona in every movie touched me to the core in one way or another. Why? I thought...Because its him...hes not acting..he is showing the world his heart every time hes on stage or in the public eye. But the painful truth is....even though he smiled and made people laugh, even the Great Robin Williams suffered with depression and substance abuse. He is human just like the rest of us. But, he is and always will be one of the best humans this world will ever know. He isnt just with the angels now, he always was an angel. Rest in Peace Robin Williams, the mask can finally come off.
