Im now being shifted to a mental health board and care away from friends. I was able to find a LLMD who would take me Nov. 17th. Conservator Jeffrey Knight suggested I go to UC Davis when Ive heard horror stories from people with Lyme whove gone there. This is not the first time Jeffrey Knight has done his so called Internet research. A very Lyme literate provider spoke to him and then he went on the Internet and said nothing she said jived. Wow. Google that. I guess you can get your MD off the internet now! I have a right to see a LLMD ASAP and be released from the Office Of The Public Administrator/ Public Guardian/ Public Conservator. I was willing to wait to January for a SF LLMD. But now they are pushing for the move. Remember, a psychiatrist removed my 3 day old PICC line in the ER when I was of no harm to self or others but 51/50. I had minor psychosis. As a result of this mistreatment I only got worse, ending up in conservatorship with Solano County. With 80% of my large colon gone due to their ignorance and no help 9 months in I need them to step up and do the right thing. Tell them I have the right to see the LLMD who can take me now and be released.
