Eman Ghanayem......... The memory of the Palestinian 16-year-old boy from Jerusalem who was kidnapped and burnt to death (latest report: 90% of body) by Israeli settlers is now defiled in the most disgusting way throughout Israels rightist media (Just browse through the Times of Israels crowd to get an idea). Theyre lying about his murder by calling it an honor crime and accusing his own father for doing it. Theyre going to the extent of constructing a whole story about it and saying that the boy was gay, the father was homophobic, and that he killed his own son by setting him on fire. They think the story is plausible enough because Arabs are animals who kill their own children. And the lie is actually gaining an audience. Theyre ignoring the found footage of the street camera that shot the kidnapping, calling it staged, belying the forensic reports, calling it biased, and justifying the besiege of Shufat, the town the boy is from, that resulted in tens of injuries and imprisonments already by calling it a security procedure to keep terrorism at bay. Do these people have no shame whatsoever? No awareness of the sacred relationship between a father and a son? No comprehension of how sacred a childs life is to Palestinians? Are these people so convinced in their own superiority to the extent of dissociating themselves, incriminating the heartbroken family and shaming a dead persons life without the least bit of guilt? I always tell myself I should stop reading these news agencies and not go through the comments, but whats starting to scare me the most is the fact that many of the people who are firing up the hate are not even from that region. I mean.. What the f*** do they know?! Who did they lose?! And how do they seriously see Palestinian life as worthless in comparison to theirs, or even as needing extermination?! [...]
